Our Royal wedding package is made for the Royal couple who would like a destination wedding planning specialist, a decor specialist, a travel specialist, and an on site wedding coordinator in one package. Our decor specialist will assist you with all your decor needs both on and off site.  You will receive full planning services from the day of booking, until your dream wedding is over.  

 

INCLUDED IN THE ROYAL WEDDING PACKAGE:

 

• Advise on the selection of a destination, as well as a resort, and provide bride with details of resort and wedding packages

 

• Verify the availability of wedding date at resort and advise on location for ceremony as well as reception

 

• Create wedding Website

 

• Keep regular contact with the wedding coordinator & keep bride & groom updated on progress

• Consult on the details of ceremony and reception

• Provide ideas for invitations

​​

• Provide ideas for a wedding Newsletter

​

• Provide wedding theme ideas

​

• Assist with establishing a wedding decor budget

​

• Recommendations for decor rentals

​

• Provide ideas for decor items to purchase for the ceremony and reception

​

• 6 phone consultations specifically for reviewing event design and planning for wedding ceremony and reception

• Create ceremony vision sketch

​

• Create reception vision sketch​

​

• Plan & Coordinate the wedding ceremony & reception with the resort

 

• Apply guests deposits/Monthly payments

 

• Send guests monthly payment reminders & wedding updates

 

• Reply to all guest inquiries via email/telephone

DAY OF WEDDING SERVICES:

 

• 8-10+ hours on the day of the wedding, to be determined by Royal Destinations

​

• Provide additional assistants to help fulfill all of the wedding coordinator duties if requested

​

• One in person meeting at the wedding location to review ceremony and reception details

​

• Oversee all vendor commitments and set up to make sure they are fulfilled to your standards

​​

• Manage the timing of the event throughout the entire day from photographs, ceremony, reception, etc. so that all events flow smoothly, stay on schedule and are executed flawlessly

​

• Provide wedding day emergency kit that includes, but is not limited to sewing materials, hairspray, duct tape, glue gun, bobby pins, collar extenders, stain removers and more to come to the rescue in any type of mishap

​

• Acceptance and assistance with distribution of bouquets, corsages and pinning of boutonnieres so all boutonnieres and corsages are pinned correctly and uniformly

​

• Assistance with pre-ceremony and post-ceremony photography so that this time is used as efficiently as possible

​

• Provide day of design for wedding ceremony

​

• Provide day of design for wedding reception

​

• As your onsite wedding coordinator, Royal Destinations will arrive to the resort at least one day before your wedding.  This will ensure that the bride and groom can actually enjoy their wedcation and not worry about anything except walking down the aisle. We will oversee all of the details of your wedding ceremony and reception.

• Royal Destinations will plan up to three additional events for your group (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, excursion).
