Step 1: Royal Destinations works closely with each Bride & Groom to choose a location within their budget. We also take their guests budget into consideration.
Step 2: We request and provide group rates from the chosen resort to give the bride and groom an idea of travel expenses to compare to other options.
Step 3: Royal Destinations contacts the chosen resorts wedding coordinator to check availability of wedding date and time.
Step 4: The Bride & Groom secures the location directly with the wedding coordinator. Many resorts require a deposit to secure date.
Step 5: Royal Destinations prepares a Save the date notice for guests which outlines exact details of the wedding. Details include, but are not limited to: Wedding date, Wedding location, how to book, deposit/final payment amount, payment plan schedule, resort details, and wedding planner contact information. The information provided will answer all questions that your guests may have.
Step 6: Royal Destinations secures initial deposits, as well as all future payments from all of the guests.
Step 7: Royal Destinations works closely with designated wedding coordinator at the resort to ensure that all details are looked after.
